All orders are processed and shipped from the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page or during high-volume release periods.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
- UPS Ground: 1–5 business days

Once an order has been handed off to the selected carrier, Collector’s Cafe is not responsible for carrier-related shipping delays caused by weather, mechanical issues, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Collector’s Cafe is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect addresses, package rerouting, failed delivery attempts, or carrier-related delays once an order has been dispatched.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges required to resend the package.
