Return & Cancelation Policy

Due to the nature of collectibles, all sales are considered FINAL and cannot be returned. However, if a product is received damaged due to shipping carrier handling or if an incorrect item is received, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at kelton@collectorscafe.com and we will work to resolve the issue.

Unopened accessories, binders, or supplies may be returned within 14 days of purchase if they remain unused and in their original packaging. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Orders may be canceled for a full refund BEFORE an order has been packaged and dropped off with the selected carrier. Orders canceled after processing has begun will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the total refunded amount.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
