Selling Pokémon Cards FAQ
Do I need to enter every single card before contacting you?+
No. Start by submitting an overview and a few clear photos. If we'd like to move forward, our team will contact you with any additional information we need.
How do I get paid for my Pokémon cards?+
If you choose cash, payment can be sent via Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle. You can also choose Collector's Cafe store credit and receive a higher offer than cash. Final payout details are confirmed before you ship your collection.
What happens if the condition is different after inspection?+
Offers are based on the items, conditions, and quantities submitted. If an item's condition or the quantity received differs upon inspection, Collector's Cafe may adjust the final offer accordingly. If you choose not to accept the adjusted offer, the affected items will be returned to you at your expense.
Does submitting the form guarantee that Collector's Cafe will buy my collection?+
No. Submissions are reviewed individually and do not guarantee an offer or purchase. We may decline collections that do not fit our current buying needs.
